this will be very much Harry's Monster manual which has always been driven by the miniatures I have. So don't be looking to see every monster form the AD&D Second Edition Monsterous Compendium (or whatever your favorite edition is) or trying to work out which list I am following. so if I had some huge spiders, some Giant spiders and a Gigantic spiders then they got used, monster stats got made up or snaffled from AD&D and wandering monster tables got modified.
Having said that my list has expanded over the years. This is what I played for years and whilst I played AD&D I always liked basic more and for me the monsters of the Basic and Expert sets are the D&D Monsters for me. Red book in the Magenta box and then the Expert set very soon after. Now I have a bit of stuff painted up already so I will start to pop those in where they go to get things going.įirst thing you need to know is that I am a bit behind the times as far as D&D goes. and add it in the appropriate place on the first page so folks can easily see everything that has been done so far. I can now post each new mini as I finish it.
I had this idea for a thread where I would post up all my D&D stuff but rather than have them scattered through the thread I have snagged the first 20 posts of this thread. In this thread I am going to post photos of my miniatures for Dungeons and Dragons as I get them done.
