I use this procedure all the time for voiceovers, and it definitely does the job. Bounce the clip to itself, and the audio will now play back using the iZotope high-quality algorithm. FL Studio’s playlist is loaded with tools that allow you to take any basic loop to the next level, including tempo matching, time stretching, auto beat chopping and even converting audio to. I believe that's the default and this step usually isn't necessary, but just in case.the setting persists so you don't have to do this every time. Type A to bring up the AudioSnap panel, and verify that the Offline rendering algorithm is set to Radius Mix. After you've set the correct length, you will hear the clip in a real-time preview mode of less-than-stellar quality (I'm being kind). The clip edge turns yellow, and the stretch percentage shows in the top header of the clip. Thanks Jason216Ĭtrl+click on the edge of a Clip, then drag to adjust the length. What tool does Sonar X2 Producer have that will effectively adjust time? I would hate to have to bring my work back into Pro Tools just for the time stretch tool. It does a great job of shrinking voice overs to the exact time "without" any artifacts or pitch shifting.

I do a lot of voice overs and one of the tools that I use all the time is the Pro Tools time stretch tool.

Jason216 As my journey continues in replacing Pro Tools with Sonar.
